Ingredients:- Ghee, Rice Flour, Jaggery
Ghee Ariselu (అరిసెలు) is one of the most cherished sweets from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, symbolizing prosperity and celebration, holding a sacred place in Telugu households where no festival feels complete without a plate of Ariselu, especially during Sankranti, Dussehra, and Deepavali.
Nethi Ariselu or Adhirasam or Kajjaya, also known as Ghee Ariselu or Bellam Nethi Ariselu, is a popular and treasured sweet from the Telugu states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, known for its extravagant flavour and a unique crispy texture that adds to the festive vibe. What sets Ghee Ariselu apart from the regular variety is the generous use of pure Ghee (Nethi) in place of oil, lending every piece a far richer aroma, a deeper golden colour, and a softer, melt-in-mouth bite that is simply unmatched. Variants of Ariselu are found across South India in several states, including Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Odisha, and Kerala, known as Adhirasam in Tamil and Kajjaaya in Kannada, making this one of the most culturally significant sweets of the entire Indian subcontinent. At GSR Foods, our Pure Ghee Ariselu is handmade with Rice Flour, natural Jaggery (Bellam), and premium Ghee, with absolutely no artificial preservatives, carrying the authentic homemade taste of Andhra right to your doorstep.
